In order for us to communicate with you about your order we will
keep your contact details on file and the details of any orders you
place with us. We will not keep credit card details.

Is it safe to give my credit card details over the
internet?
Our site uses industry-standard SSL technology to provide
encryption of personal information such as your name, address and
credit card details. In this way, information passed between your
computer and us cannot be read in the unlikely event of someone
intercepting it. If you would prefer not to give your credit card
details over the internet we are able to accept credit card
payments over the phone.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We take the following major credit and debit cards: MasterCard,
Switch, Maestro, and Visa. You can also pay by PayPal, cheque,
money transfer or purchase order (subject to a successful credit
application).

Can you deliver outside the UK?
We are able to deliver anywhere in Europe. For delivery outside

If I have ordered units from different vendors will they
be delivered separately?
If you order more than one item we will try and ensure a
complete dispatch to keep costs low, however if we have to order
from various suppliers your order may arrive in a number of
boxes.
How long will my delivery take?
If stock is available, our standard delivery time is 3-5 working
days for orders within the UK and Europe. For orders outside the
UK, individual delivery times will apply.
How much is the delivery charge?

Do the prices on your website include VAT?
No. The prices on our website are exclusive of VAT.
Do I have to pay VAT?
If you are a UK customer you will be charged VAT on the products
ordered and the delivery charge at a rate of 17.5%. If you are a
non-UK customer please contact us for charges.

If I have a technical problem with my units who do I
contact?
In most cases, if you contact us with a technical problem we
will pass your details to the vendor who will contact you directly.
Occasionally we will refer you to our in-house technical team.
